The Airship dashboard has had a makeover! Here we explain what all of the new stats mean & how you can use them to maximise the impact of your CRM

Overview

These stats show an overview of your database and the basic stats generated within Airship.

  • Database size = this shows the total number of contacts on your database, both those who have & have not given their marketing consent.

  • Opted in for email = these are the guests with an email address that you can contact.

  • Opted in for SMS = these are the guests with a mobile number that your can contact.

  • Average age = this is the average age of all of the guests on your database (this will only count those guest with a DOB on their contact record).

  • Yearly guest visit = This shows the average number of times a guest registers a PoP in one of your venues per year.

Status report

These stats give an insight into how you’re driving visits within your venues. We generate PoP by calculating how often your guests are visiting you based on the integrations we have switched on for your account. You can find out more about how PoP is generated here.

  • PoPs = The total number of PoPs registered in the past 7 days.

  • Opt ins = The total number of customers who have newly opted in to your marketing in the last 7 days.

  • Known Revenue = The total amount of revenue associated with your database in the last 7 days. This will only count if you have an EPOS integration switched on for your account. You can view our EPOS partners here.

  • Emails sent = The total number of emails that were sent from your account in the last 7 days

  • Open Rate = The average open rate of any emails sent in the last 7 days

  • Click rate = The average click through rate (meaning a customer has clicked a link in an email) of any emails sent in the last 7 days

Email to Visit conversion rate

This funnel shows the conversion rate of your guests from the moment they open an email to when they physically visit one of your venues. It allows us to estimate the impact your emails have on driving customers into your venues.

  • Emails sent: How many emails were sent between the dates stated on your dashboard

  • Emails opened: How many guests opened the emails sent in this time period

  • Emails clicked: How many guests clicked on the emails sent in this time period

  • Visit conversion from click rate: Out of the guests who clicked on the emails within this period, this shows how many went on to make a PoP within the set time period. This gives you a conversion rate to show how your emails are driving visits.

Database Insights

These stats give us an insight into the basic demographics of your database, you can see the split of your guests by Gender & Age so that you can better target your customer comms.
