Did you know you can see those on your database who have a birthday in a particular month? Here’s how. 

To get started you need to go to the left-hand menu on your Airship dashboard, and clicking on Birthdays > Birthday Search.

You will then be presented with the below screen. Simply select the month you’re interested in using the drop-down menu and click Search. This will display all contacts with a birthday during your chosen month. You can then print off the list if you fancy.

Why might you use this feature? 

This is handy if you’d like to phone contacts to see if they’d like to book for their birthday or if you’d like to check out the projected value of your birthday offer in a certain month.
